INTRODUCTIONOrange AHRC has established a Corporate Compliance Program that takes a comprehensive and proactive approach to compliance. This program is based upon ethical principles, organizational values, professional conduct, policies, laws and regulations. Orange AHRC is committed to the execution of its mission and values, fulfilling our legal duties and creating a culture of integrity to promote prevention, detection and effective resolutions to instances of unintentional errors and misconduct, as well as any other areas identified as a potential risks or vulnerabilities to the Agency.Based upon comprehension of the Agency’s roles and responsibilities, this Compliance Program represents a dynamic process to meet internal and external evolutionary climates. The Quality Improvement/Compliance Department welcomes input from all employees and considers this program a collaborative effort. This program is a reflection of the compliance policies and procedures that have been implemented within the agency.MISSION STATEMENTOrange AHRC is committed to create an environment that supports and advocates for people of all ages with unique abilities and challenges so that they can live as respected valued members of the community.Board Commitment StatementIt is the intent of the Board of Directors, as expressed in this plan that the highest standards of quality and ethics should prevail in delivering services to and meeting the needs of the individuals and families we serve. This plan is intended to be read in harmony with the Agency’s Ethical Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies that address employment practices, operations and procedures, quality improvement, confidentiality (HIPAA), billing and documentation.
