研究设计：本研究为双盲、安慰剂对照、随机设计临床试验。共纳入80例发病1周内中风患者的。所有患者均接受丹芪或安慰剂治疗，4粒，3/日，病程3个月。在入组时和3个月时用经颅多谱勒（TCD）测定大脑中动脉脑血流速度，并进行Barthel指数评估。 Method： This is a double-blinded, placebo controlled, randomized study of 80 subjects included within a week of stroke onset.
