新义煤矿矿井通风系统专项设计 摘要: 本设计是根据矿的资料作的设计,充分考虑实际情况,综合考虑整个矿井的各个生产系完成井田的开发。本井田范围内,地质条件简单,瓦斯涌出量很小,涌水量较大,km2,设计可采储量为135Mt,采用抽出式,中央并列式通风年产量Mt/a,服务年限a。设计矿井为立井单水平开拓,矿井通风方式为中央并列式,采区和工作面均采用上行通风方式。采用立式井底车场,轨道大巷运料运人,皮带大巷运煤,副井下料下人,主井提煤。总需风量91.25m3/s,容易时期通风阻力701.88Pa,困难时期通风阻力1772.89Pa。全矿井采用抽出式通风方式进行通风,W形通风。采区采用倾斜长臂开采方式,工作面后退式开采。煤厚4.6m,开采方法设计采用一次采全高,采高3m。采用综采采煤工艺。主采煤层为二1煤层。共布置一回采工作面一掘进工作面一备采工作面。 关键词:矿井通风Mine Ventilation System Design Abstract:This design is according to mine the data for the xinyi of ventilation system design, fully consider the actual situation, comprehensive consideration of the whole production system to complete the mine field development.
