摘 要 随着经济全球化的到来，我国企业在不断发展的同时，也面临着巨大的挑战。如何在世界经济一体化的环境中生存和发展，是所有企业都必须面临和解决的问题。盈利能力分析，通俗来说，就是对企业经营状况的好坏做出评价。企业经营的最主要目的就是获得利润，如何使企业持续获利，资金增值，这就需要对企业的盈利能力做出分析，所以，无论是经营者还是投资者，都对企业的盈利能力极为关注。因此，本文通过以南纺股份有限公司为例，分析其最近三年的盈利状况，并从中提出生产经营能力差、所有者投资盈利能力差和盈利质量不高等问题，并从提高收入降低成本优化产权结构推进产权结构多样化等方面来其解决问题，从而能在这个充满竞争的纺织业稳步增长，净收益稳步提高。 关键词 南纺股份 盈利能力 纺织企业 ABSTRACT With the advent of economic globalization, our country enterprise in continuous development at the same time, also faces the huge challenge. How to survive in the environment of the world economic integration and development, is all enterprise must face and solve the problem. Profitability analysis, popular, is on the stand or fall of enterprise operating performance evaluation. Enterprise management the main purpose is to obtain profits, how to make the enterprise keep profits, capital increment, which requires the enterprise profitability analysis, therefore, operators and investors, is to enterprises profit ability seriously. Therefore, this article through to nanjing textiles import export co.,ltd as an example, the analysis of the recent three years of profitability, and to put forward the production and business operation ability and owner investment less profitable and earnings quality is not high, and from higher income lower cost optimization promoting diversified property rights structure of property right structure to solve the problem, which can grow steadily in the competitive textile industry, net income will increase steadily.
