Areas of Personnel Management Organizational Planning Recruitment and Selection Induction and Deployment Training Performance Appraisal Promotion and Financial Reward Communication Motivation and Human Relation Organizational Planning Determine the Organizational Goals Observe the Organizational Need. Planning to creating a good Organization. Recruitment and Selection Estimating of manpower requirements quantitatively and qualitatively. Obtaining sanction to filling up vacancies selection gets the right attention and speed. Advertisement in appropriate newspapers and other sources with all the details.
