These requests the supervisor of the plot carry on macroscopic and the microscopic management very carefully, which the best means is using computer that operate plot property management system to the help management, as the scale of plot more and more extensive and the number of proprietor growing, it would be more and more complicated to management like car parking, preserve and complaint. Still base on manual handling seems not a good choice, it’s inefficiency and not safe, during long times work will cause large of data, it’s not suit for data processing. As the computer technology developing, it is very necessary to use computer system to manage the residential block .With the network and the database technology, and the hardware price generally reasonable at present ,the broadband networks also being built increasingly, all these advantageous support us to do it. Using Access database system module and Active Server Page to constitute the application service system, we have developed the multiuser plot property system based on B/S mode. It is efficient and easy to use. This system have a simple
