DISCLOSURE CONFIRMATIONS. A. AGENCY. Buyer and Seller confirm that written disclosures of agency representation were provided to them. They understand who is representing them, and the disclosures were provided prior to signing this Offer For Real Estate. B. SELLER DISCLOSURE OF PROPERTY CONDITION. If this offer is for 1 to 4 unit residential property, Seller or Seller’s Agent must deliver a written disclosure statement to Buyer prior to Seller accepting an offer, or counter- offering to Buyer. By signing below Buyer confirms one of the following: ( Buyer has received, reviewed and signed the Seller’s Disclosure of Property Condition.
