成都市初中生错牙合畸形患者人格倾向的研究 杨 宓，柏 雪* （成都市第四人民医院 口腔科，四川 成都 610036） [摘 要] 目的 探讨成都市错牙合畸形初中学生患者的心理，综合分析影响学生患者心理的因素，探讨在性别及错牙合畸形程度等因素影响下学生患者的心理状态，为临床工作提供一些初步的科学指导依据。方法 采用随机分层整群抽样的方法,抽取成都市1377名初中生作为研究对象，采用EPQ作为纳入人群的评估工具。结果 初中错牙合畸形学生患者在N、L分量表及女性患者在P分量表上的评分均高于全国常模，在E分量表上的评分低于幼年全国常模；轻度错牙合畸形的患者E、L分量表评分高于全国常模；中度错牙合畸形N、L分量表上的评分高于全国常模，E分量表上的评分低于幼年全国常模；重度错牙合畸形P、N、L分量表上的评分高于全国常模，E分量表上的评分低于全国常模。结论 成都市初中错牙合畸形学生患者和全国常模相比表现为内向型、不稳定型及掩饰型人格倾向；轻度错牙合畸形学生患者与全国常模个性类型上没有显著差异，中、重度错牙合畸形初中生患者有较高的内向、情绪不稳定和掩饰性人格倾向，而重度错牙合畸形学生患者还有较高的精神质倾向。 [关键词] 错牙合畸形;全国常模;艾森克个性量表;正畸治疗需要指数 A study on personality trend of junior school students with malocclusion in Chengdu Yang Mi，Bai Xue （Department of Stomatology , the 4th People’s hospital of Chengdu，Chengdu Sichuan 610036, China） [Abstract] Objective The aims of this study were to explore the junior school students’ psychology of malocclusion of Chengdu, to analysis the influencing factors of psychology , to explore the relationship students’ psychology with their sex and the severity of malocclusion,and in order to provide a preliminary scientific basis for clinical treatment. Methods 1377 junior school students of 27 classes were randomly chosen from 9 schools of Chengdu using stratified cluster sampling method .EPQ was administered to 1121 students with malocclusions. Results The scores of the junior school students in the N, L sub-scales and P sub-scale of female were significantly higher than those of the national norms， and the scores in E sub-scale were significantly lower than those of the national norms. The scores of the patients with mild malocclusion in the E, L sub-scales were significantly higher than those in the national norms. While the scores of the students with moderate malocclusion in E sub-scale were significantly lower than those in the national norms, the scores in the N，L sub-scales were significantly higher compared with those in the national norms.
