毕业设计（论文） 切管机plc控制系统 院 别 控制工程学院 专业名称 测控技术与仪器 班级学号 学生姓名 指导教师 2012年6月15日 切管机plc控制系统 摘 要 近年，我们国家大力发展机械制造行业，随之而来的是各种工业产品的需求量大幅度增加，对十管材的需求量也是持续增长，但是我国目前的管材切割方法都存在一定的缺陷，并不能达到现代工业所需要的生产效率和管材切割的精度，影响整个行业的发展。PLC的出现成了划时代的主题，它的应用是系统调试简单，运行可靠，克服了传统继电器控制线路的习题庞大、故障率高、维护困难等缺点。 本课题从定长切割的原理，从抬刀式切管机的结构与组成入手，大量收集相似机械以及相近装置的资料和数据，通过对各种方案优缺点比较，最终确定了总体方案。该生产线中，切割机主要用于对管材的定长随动切割，其控制系统包括管材长度测试、刀片位置测试、夹紧、进刀、抬刀切割、退刀、翻料、切割次数的计数、清零、各动作时间的设定等控制功能。考虑到系统的可靠性，在硬件和软件上分别采用了抗干扰措施和系统保护措施。本控制系统硬件结构简单，运行稳定可靠，具备较完善的控制能力和抗干扰能力。 在研究过程中，对切管机的机构和运动进行了分析，讨论了刀具的直径、位置关系以及小车的运动轨道。 关键词：切管机，PLC，小车轨道  Pipe cutter PLC control system Abstract In recent years, our country has taken great efforts to develop the machinery manufacturing industry, which increases the need for the industrial products and the demand for the pipes. But there still exists some defects in the pipe cutting methods used in China, failing to meet the need of efficiency and precision of modern industrys pipe cutting, and this has a negative impact on the whole industrys development..The PLC emergence became the epoch-making topic,adding the vivid software control through a very and stable hardware,making the automation head for the new high tide . Starting with the study of the fixed-length cutting structure and composition of the research of the pipe-cutting machine author has collected a large number of materials and data of similar machineries similar various devices, and through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the programs, it finalizes this overall scheme.
