学号： 毕业设计说明书 工业油罐全方位自动清洗喷射器的机械设计 Industrial tank full-automatic mechanical cleaning ejector design 学院 机电工程学院 专业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班级 机电11-2班 学生 指导教师（职称） 完成时间 2015 年 3 月 9 日至 2014 年 6 月 1 日 摘 要 对各种清洗油罐的各种方法进行调查研究，工业油罐全方位自动清洗喷射器是一种有别于传统的人工清洗油罐法，其能避免工业油罐清洗的危险，整体设计简单、轻巧，高效率；无外接电力、低能耗；无漏点、高安全性；使用周期长；安装简便；良好的抗腐蚀性能。其主要是采用气压传动（或液压传动）等为动力方式。 相比于人工清洗，工业油罐全方位自动清洗喷射器无疑更加适于进行清洗油罐，这不仅节省了人力，最重要的是其更加安全。其的低能耗、效率高、使用周期长使之更加频繁的应用于工业油罐清洗中，能有效的减低生产成本。高安全性、良好的抗腐蚀性能使之能够更加应用频繁。在现在社会，其将会渐渐取代传统的清洗方法，会越来越广泛的应用下去。 关键词：工业油罐；全方位自动；清洗喷射器；气压传动；高效率；高安全性  Abstract For all sorts of all sorts of tank cleaning methods for investigation and study, industrial oil tank full automatic cleaning spray is a kind of different from the traditional method of manual cleaning tank, it can avoid the risk of industrial oil tank cleaning, the overall design is simple, lightweight, high efficiency; Without external power, low energy consumption; No funnelled, high security; Use cycle is long; Installation is simple; Good corrosion resistance. It mainly adopts pneumatic drive (or hydraulic) as the propelling force.
