1.项目背景
作业标准是我们制造过程中必不可少的一种指导性文件,世界先进的XXXXXX企业中,先进企业都有一套相对完善的作业标准,作业过程比较稳定,员工操作规范。XX集团部分优秀的子公司(如XXXX等)的工艺方法相对稳定,作业标准也是过程清晰,要点简洁。相比之下,我公司刚刚起步,公司工艺布局正在不断完善,设备、工装等硬件条件正在逐步到位,我们周边资源相对充分:领导大力支持,人员可以调配,方法可以改进。这些都为我们项目的开展提供了优越条件。
机遇和挑战是并存的,我们在产品作业标准的制定过程中也存在巨大的挑战:工艺标准制定需要反复推敲,耗时较长,如何缩短周期和提高效率是我们一大难题;另外部分零部件制造工艺手段还不完善,工艺手段在不断的
