HZ20热解回转窑传动及进料装置设计 摘要：热解回转窑是一种回转式电阻加热炉，主要用于磁性铁氧体及其它粉状料或粒状料的焙烧，是一种新型窑炉。热解回转窑的传动及进料装置包括电动机、减速器、料仓、螺旋输送设备等组成。物料通过螺旋输送装置送入由传动装置带动筒体中进行热解。 本设计主要是对回转窑的传动及进料装置进行设计，传动装置中电动机减速器的选型，传动方式的选择，进料装置中螺旋轴的设计都是内容的重点。 本文中根据筒体转动受力和转速确定电机的规格，由传动比选择减速器的型号，并设计出传动方式。在进料装置中通过回转窑的生产能力来设计料仓尺寸和螺旋轴叶片的规格，通过输送能力计算进料装置中传动设备的型号已保证回转窑正常的运作。 关键词：热解；传动装置；进料装置 The Design of HZ20 Pyrolysis Rotary Kiln’s Transmission Devices and Feeding Device Abstract:Pyrolysis of rotary kiln is a rotary type resistance furnace, mainly used for magnetic ferrite and other powdered material or granular material roasting, is a new type of kiln. Transmission and feeding device of pyrolysis kiln includes motor, reducer, silos, screw conveyor equipment and other components. Material which is driven through the screw conveyor apparatus is fed into the barrel for pyrolysis driven by the transmission device drives. This design is mainly carried out the design of transmission of rotary kiln and feeding device,The transmission device comprises a selection of a motor speed reducer,transmission mode selection, design of screw shaft feeding device, all of those are the key content. This paper choose the specifications of the motor according to the force and speed of rotation of the cylinder, choose the types of speed reducer by the transmission ratio ,and designs the transmission mode. In the feeding device, to design silos size and helical axis blade specifications is through the rotary kiln production capacity .The transportation capacity calculation of transmission equipment feeding device in the model have been guaranteed the normal operation of the rotary kiln.
