管坯车间厂房建筑结构设计 摘要 本设计为某单层厂房，本车间的主要任务是堆放钢材坯料及运输。本厂房为两跨等跨等高厂房，跨度为24m，每跨吊车都为32T。因为该厂房地区抗震设防烈度为7度，所以在设计中考虑地震作用。在建筑设计中根据厂房的生产状况、建厂地点、水文、地质条件、工艺流程等条件对厂房的平面布置、剖面、采光、支撑、基础梁、吊车梁和排水系统等进行了设计。在结构设计中根据本厂房的条件在相关图集中选择合适的构件。在荷载计算中根据构件选择计算自重荷载，活载、风载、吊车荷载，根据底部剪力法计算各荷载，然后根据内力组合原则确定各截面最不利内力。在考虑地震作用时，对柱子考虑空间作用，乘以调整系数。在内力组合中选择最不利内力分别对无地震和有地震进行组合，然后对柱子进行抗震、牛腿、吊装验算和配筋计算，最后进行基础选形、验算及配筋。 关键词：单层厂房；建筑设计； 结构设计；地震作用  A building structure design of Yingkou pipe workshop Abstract This design is a single plant in yingkou region, the main task of this workshop is stacked steel billet and transport. Across such plant, this plant for the two across the span of 24 m, each cross crane to 32 t. Because the region of the factory seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees, so it considers in the design seismic action. In architectural design on the production status of the factory, factory location, hydrological, geological conditions and process conditions on the plant layout, section, daylighting, support, foundation beam and crane girder and drainage system design. According to the condition of this plant in the structure design in the related images on choosing appropriate artifacts. In load calculation according to the weight of component selection calculation load, live load, wind load, crane load, according to the bottom shearing force method to calculate the charge, then the section the most adverse internal force was established according to the principle of internal force combination. When considering earthquake action, the columns considering spatial effect, multiplied by the coefficient of adjustment.
