哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 - PAGE II - -  PAGE III - 液压驱动挤出机设计及在话缆生产线中的应用 摘要 挤出成型在塑料制品成型加工工业中占有很重要的地位。据统计，在塑料制品成型加工中，挤出成型制品的产量居首位（占整个塑料制品的一半以上）。 本文主要介绍了液压驱动挤出机设计及在话缆线芯生产线主机中的应用的全过程。设计是主机设计。主机采用塑料挤出机，它是塑料制品加工量最大的一种机械，也是塑料机中使用最多的机种之一。塑料挤出机具有连续化生产、生产率很高、应用范围广、投资少、见效快等特点。本文设计的塑料挤出机的螺杆直径为45mm，长径比为25：1。转速为50～200r/min，最大挤出量为40～50kg/h。 塑料挤出机由三大部分组成，这三部分为挤出系统、传动系统和加热冷却系统。挤压系统是设计的关键，主要有螺杆和机筒组成，螺杆采用的是新型分离型螺杆，他具有挤出物均匀、生产能力高、功率消耗低、排气好、扫镗现象少等特点。机筒采用的是整体式机筒，它可保证加工精度和安装精度，并且安装容易，机筒受热均匀。 为了适应塑料工业迅速发展的需要，塑料挤出机曾向着大型、大的螺杆长径比方向发展。近十年来塑料挤出机更主要的是朝着高速、高效、多效能、自动化和辅机配套连续生产等方向发展。 关键词　挤出机；挤压；液压驱动 The Design about Main Machine and Cooling Water Trough in the Cable Thread Core Production Process Abstract The extrusion molding holds the very important status in the plastic products formation secondary production. Statistics indicated that in the plastic products formation processing, the extrusion molding products output occupies the first place (to occupy the entire plastic products more than 50%). This article mainly introduced the hydraulic pressure actuation extruding machine design and in the words wire core production line main engines application entire process. Design including two parts: First, main engine design; Second, cooling troughs design. The main engine uses the plastic extruding machine, it is the plastic products process load biggest one kind of machinery, is also in the plastic machine uses one of most aircraft types. The plastic extruding machine has the continuous production, the productivity to be very high, the application scope broadly, to invest few, effective quick and so on characteristics. This article designs the plastic extruding machines screw rod diameter is 45mm, the length to diameter ratio is 25:1. The rotational speed is 50~200r/min, squeezes out the quantity is 40~50kg/h most greatly.
