摘 要 机械加工工艺是企业上品种、上质量、上水平，加速产品更新，提高经济效益的技术保障。然而夹具又是制造系统的重要部分，工艺对夹具的要求也会提高，专用夹具、成组夹具、组合夹具和随行夹具都朝着柔性化、自动化、标准化、通用化和高效化方向发展以满足加工要求。所以对机械的加工工艺及夹具设计具有十分重要的意义。 夹具是数控机床加工过程中必不可少的部件，随着CAD技术的普及应用越来越广和越来越深入，夹具设计已经从传统的手工设计发展到利用二维、三维CAD绘图软件的集成设计。同时，为了达到现代机床加工对数控技术提出了更高的要求，在数控技术向高速、高效、高精度、模块化、智能化、柔性化和集成化方向发展的带动下，现代机床夹具设计技术正朝着高效化、精密化、模块化、智能化、柔性化、集成化、标准化等7个方向发展. 关键词： 工艺设计 Abstract The connecting rod is one of the main driving medium of diesel engine, this text expounds mainly the machining technology and thedesign of clamping device of the connecting rod. The precision of size, the precision of profile and the precision of position , ofhe connecting rod is demanded highly , and the rigidity of the connecting rod is not enough, easy to deform, so arranging the craft course, need to separate the each main and superficial thick finishmachining process. Reduce the function of processing the surplus , cutting force and internal stress progressively , revise the deformation after processing, can reach the specification requirement for the part finally . Fixture is in process of nc machine tools necessary parts, with the popularization of CAD technology used more and more widely and more and more in-depth, fixture design has been from the traditional manual design development to use 2 d, 3 d CAD drawing software integration design. At the same time, in order to achieve a modern machine tools on the nc machining technology put forward higher request, in the numerical control technology to high speed, efficient, high precision, modular, intelligent, flexibility and integration development direction of the drive, the modern machine tool clamp design technology is headed in high efficiency, precision, modular, intelligent, flexibility, integration, standardization of seven direction.
