中文题目:从美国对中国钢板反倾销案看我国当前的世界贸易地位 外文题目:The anti-dumping case which America santions Chinese steel reveals the current stutas of China in the World trade. 毕业论文共15页 完成日期 2010年12月 答辩日期 2010年12月 摘要 改革开放三十年来，我国经济飞速发展，伴随着国际经济地位的提高，我国面临的各方面的压力也越来越大尤其在经济方面。近几年来，反倾销问题一直是我国对外贸易中的热门话题。特别是在世界金融危机爆发后，国际贸易形势急速恶化，贸易保护主义加强，国外频繁使用反倾销这种贸易保护措施使我国企业蒙受了巨大的损失，更加成为我国近期国际贸易发展的重大障碍。本文以美国对中国钢板反倾销案入手,从法律上分析反倾销应诉的主要内容及特点WTO《反倾销协议》关于倾销构成与认定规则，点明我国当前世界贸易地位，提出对外贸易反倾销中存在的问题及应对策略。 关键词： 反倾销；非市场经济国；对策 ABSTRACT In the three decades of reform and opening up,Chinas economic development rapidly,accompanied by the improvement of the of the international economic status,more and more greatly various aspects pressure which our country will be faced especially in the economic aspect. In recent years,the issue of anti-dumping has been a hot topic in Chinas foreign trade. Especially in the world financial crisis,the rapid deterioration in the situation of international trade,strengthening of trade protectionism,the frequent using about anti-dumping measures to protect the national trade,all these made the enterprises in China had suffered a great loss and became a major international trade barriers.Therefore,to analysis of problems in the foreign trade of Chinas anti-dumping and find countermeasures become very important. In this paper,through the experience of Chinas foreign anti-dumping proceedings on the current situation,then analysis the reason of China suffered frequently foreign anti-dumping litigation as well as the importance to deal with the counter-dumping lawsuit positively. Finally proposed that how to deal with overseas counter-dumping,diligently seeks the way to solve the problem, proposed the importance that the positive response to face anti-dumping proceedings.
