毕 业 设 计（论 文） 论文题目： 水泥混凝土配合比的优化设计 水泥混凝土配合比的优化设计 【摘要】 本论文主要阐述了掺合料、外加剂在水泥混凝土的配合比中的优化作用。水泥混凝土是土木、建筑、水利以及许多工程中使用得十分广泛的材料，随着科学技术的不断发展，对水泥混凝土的各方面性能就会不为地提出各种新的要求。如何满足这些要求，可以有多种途径，而使用混凝土掺合料、外加剂则是其中一种效果显著、使用方便、经济合理的手段。特别是在客运专线，要求混凝土具有良好耐久性，使用寿命为100年，必须按高性能混凝土的要求施工，因此高性能混凝土所用的高效减水剂更是必不可少的外加剂。目前，混凝土掺合料、外加剂已逐渐成为混凝土中除砂、石、水泥和水之外的、必不可少的第五组分材料。 本文从水泥混凝土施工的经济性出发,分析探讨优化水泥混凝土配合比设计的经济适用性方法。说明了掺合料、外加剂分别对水泥混凝土的各个性能的优化作用，和对改善水泥混凝土的工作性能，并提高了混凝土的强度，降低了混凝土的施工成本。 关键词： 混凝土配合比　坍落度 掺合料 硅粉 外加剂 Abstract: This thesis mainly expounds admixtures, and admixture of cement concrete mixing in the optimization of the role. Cement concrete is civil and construction, water conservancy and many engineering use a wide range of materials, along with the development of science and technology, the various aspects of cement concrete performance will not put forward new requirements for all. How to meet these requirements, can have a variety of ways, and the use of concrete admixtures, and admixture is one of the effective, easy to use, economic and reasonable means. Especially in passenger dedicated line, requirements, the durability of concrete with good service life for 100 years, must according to requirements of high performance concrete construction, therefore high-performance concrete used the efficient jianshuiji is indispensable admixtures. At present, the concrete admixtures, admixtures has gradually become concrete except sand, stone, cement and water and necessary outside of composed points materials. This article from the cement concrete construction economy point of view, the analysis of cement concrete proportioning design optimization method of economic applicability. Explains the admixture of cement concrete respectively, and admixture of the optimization function of each performance, and to improve the performance of concrete, and increase the strength of concrete and reduce the concrete construction cost。 Key words: Concrete mixture slump admixtures Silicon powder admixtur
