本科毕业设计（论文）题目平湖广场一号楼基础设计学生姓名学　号教学院系专业年级级指导教师职　称讲师单　　位土木工程与建筑学院辅导教师职称单　　位土木工程与建筑学院完成日期 2013 年 6 月 8 日Southwest Petroleum University Graduation ThesisDesign of a JianYang CollegeStudentApartmentsGrade: 2009Name: Specialty: Civil EngineeringInstructor: School of Civil Engineering and Architecture2013-6摘要本工程为深圳平湖广场1号楼桩基础设计。深圳市龙岗区平湖街道平湖广场兴建1栋32层的高层住宅。该住宅建成后高度预计达到89.8m。这样的高层建筑将会对建筑基础设计提出很大要求。本论文的主要目的是能熟练地使用建筑结构CAD—PKPM程序对该高层建筑进行基础设计，并且还需掌握桩基础设计中基础设计计算、验算等内容。本论文通过建筑结构CAD—PKPM程序建立建筑模型，获得底层的内力组合，查看底层荷载时，发现荷载较大并且集中发布，参考地质勘察报告及相关的规范，确定该建筑基础使用浅基础较不合理。故深圳平湖广场1号楼采用以中分化砂岩为持力层的桩基础本论文结合土木工程相关规划，使用建筑结构CAD—PKPM程序建立建筑模型进行桩基础的设计计算、验算，最后还需画出结构设计总说明，基础平面图，承台大样图。除此之外，该论文还以底层部分的剪力墙为例，动手笔算该剪力墙下桩基础，确定承台下桩的类型、尺寸、沉桩方式等，并设计出该剪力墙下承台尺寸，对承台进行受剪验算，对承台进行受弯计算，对该承台进行冲切验算，最后还对该承台进行配筋。关键词：PKPM结构建模；基础设计；桩基础AbstractThis project is the design of Shenzhen No. 1 Pinghu Plaza building pile foundation. Shenzhen city Longgang District Pinghu street Pinghu Plaza Building 1 building 32 storeys high-rise residential. The housing after the completion of the high is expected to reach 89.8m. This tall building will put great demands for building foundation design.
