建设工程项目施工风险评价体系研究 摘要：随着社会变迁的不断加剧，随之越来越多的建筑工程建设不断扩大，使得建设工程项目施工风险评价体系日趋重要。事故风险控制的好坏直接影响着广大工人劳动者的职业安全健康，同时安全事故的发生也会对社会的稳定产生一定的影响，这就使得施工风险评价是一个不可忽视的领域。本文通过简单的阐述建设工程项目施工风险评价的重要性，并且介绍了我国建设工程项目施工过程中的风险及施工公司方的风险种类、目前我国建设项目施工工程风险评价体系存在的众多问题的分析，并通过目前工程系列风险评价中的最易于理解的方法总结出建立完善的建设工程项目施工风险评价指标体系的一般步骤，强调了建设工程项目施工风险评价体系在建设项目中重要性，并对导致我国建设项目施工的风险原因作出说明，并写出总结性话语对我国建设项目施工风险评价体系作出希冀。 关键字：施工 风险 评价 体系研究 Construction project risk evaluation system research Abstract:Rising along with the sociai change , growing more and construction enginering construction, then makes the risk evaluation system of consyruction engineering project construction becomes more and more improtant.Accident risk control is good or bad a direct imprant on the broad masses of workers’ occupational safety and health of labourers, and the occurrence of safety accident can a certain impact on social stility,which makes the construction risk assessment is an area where can not be ignored.
