本科生毕业设计（论文） 汽车座椅外观和舒适度的评价研究 The evaluation study of appearance and comfort of car seats 学生姓名： 学 号：班 级： 140812 专 业： 工业工程 指导教师： 摘 要 座椅是汽车中的重要组成部分，国内外对座椅的研究已经非常的成熟。本文着眼于汽车座椅的外观和舒适性方面研究，发现虽然单方面的研究已经很完善，但是并没有一个对座椅的外观和舒适性两方面结合起来的综合性评价，而这样的评价在目前的座椅开发中是很有必要的。本人在长春富维·江森实习了3个月，发现该公司实验室的客观实验非常完善，但缺乏一些综合性的评价体系。本文基于以上的分析，以调查问卷为手段，融合了语意差分法、身体部位不适等级法和现有的一些实验测量参数，得到一份较为简单的、综合的评价座椅的问卷调查初稿。随后在该公司组织了一次实验，来检验问卷的有效性。处理数据时主要采用方差分析法，验证方法的有效性并且将客观的实验参数与主观打分进行对照分析，找出影响主观感受的客观因素，而这些客观参数将会对座椅的改进有一定的指导意义。同时对问卷和实验的不足进行了总结，并给出改进意见，便于以后更好的进行研究。 关键词：问卷调查 语意差分法 身体部位不适等级法 方差分析 Abstract The seat is an important part in the car seat at home and abroad has been very mature. This paper focuses on the appearance and comfort of the car seat, found that unilateral studies have been perfect, but there is no comprehensive evaluation of the appearance of a seat and comfort combine this evaluation seat development is necessary. Based on the above analysis, the paper devises a relatively simple and comprehensive questionnaire that combines the semantic differential method, the body part discomfort rating method and some of the existing experimental parameters. However, this questionnaire is only a draft to evaluate the car seat. Subsequently the company has organized an experiment to test the validity of the questionnaires. Mainly when processing the data using analysis of variance to verify the validity of the method and the objective of the experimental parameters and subjective scoring were compared to identify the subjective experience of objective factors, and these objective parameters will seat improvements guiding significance.
