摘要 本课题题旨在开发一套每小时生产50公斤的莲子穿心机。本套机组包括进料机构和穿心机构两部分组成。 首先，对莲子穿心机研究的目的、方法以及国内外现状和发展趋势进行了介绍，提出了一种可行的设计方案。根据提出的设计方案，论证了莲子穿心机机组的结构和工作原理。 其次，根据设计小组的分工，重点对莲子穿心机的穿心主体进行设计。根据经验确定了莲子穿心机的主要参数，包括进料部分的螺旋输送器的输送方式和理论、实际的输送量以及主传动；穿心部分的设计。 再次，对主要零件中的齿轮传动、链传动进行了设计。 最后，对莲子穿心机穿心部分的主体结构进行了结构设计。 这种莲子穿心机机组的设计原理正确，方案合理，设计成果具有一定的工程意义。最终在机械性能、工艺性能、穿心工艺效果等方面达到了预期的目标,并且在一定程度上促进了国内的莲子穿心加工设备制造企业的发展。 关键词：莲子，穿心，齿轮传动 Abstract This subject aims at developing one set which can weed out 50 kilograms of the core of lotus seeds in an hour. This set of aircrews including feeding bodies and the weeding out the core. First ，the goal, the method as well as the domestic and foreign present situations and the development tendency which studies to the shelling of lotus seed on the introduction, proposed one kind of feasible design proposal. Then carries on the proof to the concrete implementation design proposal, proves including the way which be designed, each technology which the main engine principle and components. Next, according to designs the group the division of labor, key carries on the design to the main body of the set which be used to weed out the core of lotus seed .Make sure the main parameters of the set base on the anciently experience, including the way of feeding lotus seed and theory、the number of the feeding in fact of the helix feeding set and the main drive. Then，design the main section which include gears and strap. Finally ，design the main body in framework. The design principle of the set is right the design way with reason the design production has some significance in engineering. Ultimately the capability of the mechanism, technology and the weeding out technology arrive the goal of the desired objectives and it has some use on the corporation which produce the set of shelling lotus seed in domestic.
