20XX届毕业生毕业论文题 目:水性介质中金刚石抛光液分散性能影响因素研究院系名称: XXX材料学院 专业班级:XXXX学生姓名: XXX 学 号:XXXX 指导教师: XXX 教师职称:XXX 年 月 日摘 要纳米颗粒通常指尺度在1~100nm之间的微小固体颗粒,属于微观粒子和宏观物体交界的过渡区域,具有一系列新的物理、化学特性。纳米物质表现出这些奇异的性能的原因主要是物质进入纳米尺度后表现出了一些宏观物质不具备或在宏观物质中可忽略的物理效应。这些效应主要有表面效应、量子尺寸效应、小尺寸效应、宏观量子隧道效应等。纳米金刚石自身诸多优秀性质是使其成为21世纪新材料研究的热点领域,并已在很多领域产生重要作用。21世纪是光电信息产业迅猛发展的时期,纳米金刚石抛光液已成为超精密抛光领域的研究热点。由于能源及环境问题的日益严重,因而具有绿色环保,抛光过程散热好等优点的水基纳米金刚石抛光液将是未来发展的必然趋势。而水基纳米金刚石抛光液研究的重点则必然是纳米金刚石的解团聚和分散稳定性。本文亦将通过文献调研和实验分析研究水性介质中不同因素对纳米金刚石分散性的影响。关键词: 金刚石 分散性能 影响因素Title The effect of different factors on diamond dispersion properties in aqueous mediumAbstract Nanoparticles are typically refers to the scale in 1 ~ 100nm of tiny solid particles, which belongs to the microscopic particles and macroscopic objects at the junction of the transition region, with a series of physical, chemical characteristics. Nanometer material exhibiting these singular performance is mainly due to the material into nanometer scale showed some macroscopic material not available or in macroscopic material are negligible in physical effects. These effects are mainly surface effect, quantum size effect, small size effect, quantum tunnel effect. Their many excellent properties of nanometer diamond is make it become the new material research fields in twenty-first Century, and has been in many fields have an important role. The Twenty-first Century is a century with a rapid development of information industry , nano diamond polishing slurry has become the research focus in the field of ultra precision polishing. Due to the energy and environmental problem is increasingly serious, the nano-diamond polishing slurry ,which has a good advantage of green environmental protection and heat dissipation, will be the inevitable trend of future development. The nano-diamond polishing slurry research focus is necessarily nano-diamond deaggregation and dispersion stability.
