Function 15 Process Service menu EFO Control EFO Delay Setting of the EFO time delay before the EFO sparks. Longer time will provide bigger FAB EFO Gap Warning Volt EFO breakdown voltage checking on the threshold voltage. If the Breakdown voltage is greater than the EFO Gap Voltage, the machine will give ‘ the EFO Gap Wide’ warning for short tail. EFO Control EFO Control Mode Cap/FAB/FAB2 Capillary - Machine will be automatically calculate the FAB depending on the capillary geometry. In this case user need to load/key in the capillary data. FAB - manual key in of FAB Value FAB2 – used for stand off ball control Skip Die Control Ink Size (Radius) Size of the ink pattern represented in pixels Skip Bad Die Supports matrix and hybrid programs Whenever the die quality is reject, the current die will be skipped without further checking the ink.
