摘要摘要“和”是中国古代哲学和伦理思想的基本观点之一。在中国古代传统文化中，对“和”的追求贯穿了人生、自然与社会的各个领域，“和为贵”是古人处理一切事情所遵循的基本原则。中华文化是以“人”为中心的伦理型文化，“和”的思想是其灵魂和核心。企业社会责任问题一直是理论界与实务界关注的热点问题，企业外部的各类社会成员都期望企业在谋取经济利益的同时，维护社会整体利益，主动承担社会责任。随着社会经济的发展，企业也已经意识到社会责任是企业不可避免的问题，越来越多的企业开始主动承担社会责任，定期向外界披露企业的社会责任理念以及企业的社会责任贡献。为了进一步倡导、规范企业的社会责任信息披露，本文在吸取借鉴以往研究成果的基础上，探索梳理“和”的思想渊源，并基于竞和理念，构建了企业社会责任信息披露框架，为企业科学合理地披露社会责任信息提供理论支持与借鉴。关键词竞和理念社会责任信息披露AbstractAbstractHarmoniousisoneofthebasicideasoftheancientChinesephilosophyandethics.InancientChinesetraditionalculture,thepursuitofHarmoniousrunsthrougheveryaspectoflife,natureandsociety,Placeemphasisonpeaceisthebasicprinciplesthatancientsdealwithallthingstofollow.Chinesecultureisahumanasthecenteroftheethicalculture,Harmoniousthoughtisthecoreandsoul.Corporatesocialresponsibilityhasalwaysbeenthehottopicintheoryandpractice,Externalallkindsofsocialmembersofenterpriseareexpectedtoseekeconomicinterests,andmaintainsocialoverallinterests,andtaketheinitiativetoassumesocialresponsibility.Withthedevelopmentofsocialeconomy,enterpriseshavealsorealizedthatsocialresponsibilityisenterpriseinevitableproblems,moreandmoreenterprisesbegintotaketheinitiativetoassumesocialresponsibility,regulardisclosureofcorporatesocialresponsibilityconcepttotheworldandthecorporatesocialresponsibilitycontribution.Tofurtheradvocate,standardizecorporatesocialresponsibilityinformationdisclosure,thispaperinreferencetopreviousresearchresults,combingthethoughtofHarmoniousorigins,andbasedoncompetitionandharmoniousconcept,buildacorporatesocialresponsibilityinformationdisclosureframework,scientificallyandreasonablyfortheenterpriseinformationdisclosureofsocialresponsibilitytoprovidetheoreticalsupportandreference.KeywordsTheValueOfCompetitionandHarmoniousConceptSocialResponsibilityInformationDisclosure目录目录第1章绪论............................................................................................................................11.1研究背景和意义............................................................................................
