AbstractRadioandtelevisionisoneofthemainchannelsforpeoplegettinginformation,anditisalsothemainchannelforfarmersacquiringexternalinformation,soitplaysanirreplaceableroleinthenewruralconstruction.Buthowtosumuptheexperienceconstantlyintheprocessofservingthenewruralconstruction,howtofacetheproblemsanddifficultiesappearedinthedevelopment,andhowtoimproveandstrengthenradioandtelevisionworkinruralbecomelong-termandarduoustasksthatputinfrontofbroadcastingandtelevisionworkers.Onthebasisofliteraturereview,thisstudychoosesradioandtelevisionservingthenewruralconstructioninTongchengcityastheresearchobjet.AndthentheauthorputsforwardsomesuggestionstoimprovetheprojectofradioandtelevisionservingnewruralconstructionbasedonsurveyingthestuffsinTonghengradioandtelevisionsystem,theadministratinggovernmentdepartment,theconcernedruralcadresandsomefarmerrepresentatives;hearingandcollectingalargeamountofopinionsandsuggestions,summarizingtheresultsachievedintheprocessoftheproject,analyzingtheexistingproblems,andcombingwithforeignradioandtelevisionbuildingexperience.Thestudyhasfoundthatthecoveragerateofradioandtelevisioninruralhasincreasedgreatly,andthecontentofagriculturalprogramhasenrichedintheprocessoftheproject,thepropagandaguideiscorrectandpowerful.Acertaineffectshaveachievedinsomeaspectssuchasindisseminatingtheknowledgeofagriculturescienceandtechnology,increasingthefarmers’civilizationquality,reflectingthepeople’sopinions,enrichingtheruralculturallife,andpromotingtheruralculturalconstruction.Butsomequestionsstillexisted,forexample,therearestilldonothaveaunifiedideologicalunderstanding,theserviceandmanagementlevelofruralradioandtelevisionisnotveryhigh,andthefusionoflocalcultureisnotenough,andthesupervisionforpublicopinionsisweakandsoon.Inviewoftheproblems,thispaperputforwardsomeusefulsuggestionsformtheperspectiveofinformationindustrymanagementandagriculturaleconomicmanagementtheoryforradioandtelevisionservingthenewruralconstructionbetter.Thesuggestionsareasfollows:unifyingleadership,streng
