ABSTRACTOn the one hand, the schools should improve the hardware conditions, such as strengthening infrastructures, increasing the number of fire fighting equipment, employing additional life teachers of, hiring professional security personnel; On the other hand, the school should improve the security education, set up reasonable security emergency plans, improve the abilities of security management of the life teachers , establish and perfect the working mechanism of managing campus security in collaboration with other relevant government departments.Relevant departments of the government should establish a sound system of laws and perfect the system of managing the campus security of primary and secondary schools.
