当前职工教育培训方式改进与创新工作分析 　　摘要：随着国家社会经济的迅猛发展，企业在必须的资源：人才、财力、物力以及相关的信息当中，逐渐的意识到了人才的关键性以及决定性，一个企业是否能够成功的聚拢高素质、创新型的人才已经成为企业是否能够占领市场，是否能够促进经济发展的最终原动力。因此，企业的人力资源部门是否能够做好对各个岗位的职工培训以及对职工培训方式进行开发和创新将对企业的发展有着十分重要的作用。但是，当前，我国的一些企业在对职工进行培训工作的时候，培训方式较为单一，而且对职工教育培训方式的改进与创新仅仅停留在形式上，根本无法调动起企业职工的积极性，职工教育培训的效果也不尽人意，因此，如何针对当前职工教育培训的方式进行重新设计和创新，如何建立出一套更为科学的、更适合企业发展需求的职工教育培训创新体系，是摆在我们职工教育培???人员面前的一个十分重要的课题。 　　关键词：职工教育培训；改进；创新；分析 　　Abstract: with the rapid development of national social economy, enterprises in the necessary resources: the talent, financial and material resources and related information of the consciousness of talents to gradually key and decisive, an enterprise can succeed gathered the high quality, the new talents has become enterprise whether can capture market, whether can promote economic development at the end of the driving force.
