AbstractWiththerapidgrowthoftheinformationonInternet,peoplefinditincreasinglydifficulttoquicklygettheinformationtheyaredesiring.Suchase-commerce,socialmedia,music,video,quizzesandothersites,theamountofinformationisgrowing,butasingleuser’sinterestandconcernisoftenasmallpart.Personalizationtechnologiesfocusondifferentinterestofdifferentusers,andprovidespecificpersonalizedservicefordifferentusers.Amongthem,therecommendersystembasedonusers’historyinformationtofindoutusers’interestinordertomakeappropriaterecommendationsforusersaccordingtotheirpersonalinterestandhelpusersquicklyaccessusefulinformation.Collaborativefilteringtechniquesbasedonthemostsimilarusers’intereststomakerecommendations,isthefirstandthemostsuccessfultechnologiesappliedinrecommendersystems.However,withtheincreasingamountofusersanditems,itfacestwomajorchallenges:(1)tofindnewcollaborativefilteringalgorithmstoimprovescalabilityandprocesslargescaleanddynamicdatasetsinareal-timeenvironment;(2)toreducesparsityinrecommendersystems,andimprovethequalityofrecommendations.Animprovedcollaborativefilteringalgorithm-co-clusteringbasedontwodimensions:usersanditemswasresearched.Ononehand,Matrixafterco-clusteringismuchsmallerthanthesizeoftheoriginalscorematrix;ontheotherhand,users’scoreswithinthesameclasshavesimilarpatternsandpredictingisfastandflexible.Theco-clusteringmodelalsoproposesanincrementalupdatingmethodtoimprovereal-timedynamicdataprocessing,whichtakesonwithintheinternalofcorrespondingclasses.Weightednon-negativematrixfactorizationonthesmallscaleclustersafterco-clustering,hasagoodspeedandsatisfiedaccuracy.ExperimentsontheMovieLensdatasetscomparedtheperformanceofthenewalgorithmandtraditionalclusteringmethods,astoverifythevalidityofthismethodanditsvaluesinlarge-scalereal-timerecommendationsystems.Keywords：RecommenderSystem,CollaborativeFiltering,Co-clustering,WNMF目录摘要..................................................................IAbstract..............................................................II1绪论1.1研究
