摘要摘要目前电子产品向小型化、集成化的方向发展，随着工作电压逐渐降低功耗越来越小，效率也不断提高。因此，对于开关电源管理芯片的整体性能要求大大提高，具有高效、稳定性的控制电路系统在DC-DC转换器设计中至关重要。本文给出了一种输入电压前馈与输出电压反馈相结合的PWM电压控制降压BUCK变换器，具有同步整流、欠压保护和过流保护功能；在外接重载时采用脉宽控制、轻载时采用跨周期控制模式，从而大大提高了在不同负载条件下的效率。可以为便携式电子设备提供低压驱动电源。本文首先对电源管理芯片的发展趋势进行了概述，接下来对降压型开关转换器的电路拓扑结构和工作原理进行分析，然后对其工作模式及控制方式进行了阐述，其后对整体电路的工作过程和功能进行了简述，对外围元件的参数选择进行了分析与确定，并给出了本文所设计芯片的功能要求及参数范围。在子电路设计分析中，本文主要对基准及欠压锁定模块、重载工作条件下的前馈控制模块和振荡器电路模块进行了分析。对基准电路的温度特性和在不同电压条件下的瞬态启动特性进行了分析，并对欠压模块特性进行了分析与仿真；对于前馈控制模块，首先对前馈控制的原理及功能特性进行了分析，然后对控制中起主要作用的PWM比较器行了分析，并对前馈控制对于线性调整特性的优化进行了仿真验证；振荡器模块的分析主要针对在不同条件下的工作稳定特性，并对施密特触发器进行了分析。最后对各子模块进行了仿真验证，达到了设计参数要求。最后，对整体电路进行了仿真验证，主要对整体电路的启动特性参数、线性调整率及负载调整率、效率与输入电压和负载电流相关性进行仿真与验证。最终得出可调输出电压范围为0.7-6.0伏，效率最高为93.7%，仿真结果均达到了预定参数指标。关键词：降压变换器，电压基准，电压前馈，振荡器IABSTRACTABSTRACTNowadaysthesizeofportableelectronicproductsisbecomingsmallerwiththeintegrationlevelbecomingmuchhigher.Theefficiencyofpowermanagementimprovescontinuouslyastheworkingvoltagereducesgreatly.ThushighefficientandmorestableswitchingpowersupplyisimportantinthedesignofDC/DCBuckconverter.Inthisdissertationaninput-voltagefeed-forwardcontrolBuckconverterwithPWMcontrolisanalyzed.Usingsynchronousrectifier,undervoltageprotectionandover-currentprotection,theconvertercanprovideportableelectronicdeviceswithlow-voltagepowersupply,workingatPWMorPFMcontrolmodewiththevariationoftheload.Thecontentsofthisthesisareasfollows:Firstly,thedevelopmenttrendofpower-managementissummarized,thenthetopologystructureandworkingprincipleofBuckconverterisanalyzed,afterthatthewholechipfunctionandworkingprocessisintroducedandtheouter-componentparametersarediscussed.Finallythefunctionsandrequiredparameterofthechiparepresented.Inthechapterofsub-circuitdesign,voltagereference,feed-forwardcontrolcircuitaswellasoscillatorareanalyzedindetail.Thetemperaturecharacteristicandtransientcharacteristicunderdifferentvoltageconditionsareanalyzed.Meanwhileanalysisinthetheoryoffeed-forwardcontrolcellisfocusedonthepropertyofthePWMcomparatoralsotheoptimizationofthelinearadjustmen
