血流变学指标及血清 sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、IGF-1、PDGF 水平在骨折延迟愈合患者中的临床意义中文摘要目的探讨血流变学指标及血清 sVCAM-1、sICAM-1、IGF-1 、PDGF 水平在骨折延迟愈合患者中的临床意义。方法选择 2010 年 8 月－2012 年 10 月安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的 65例骨折延迟愈合（研究组）及 65 例骨折愈合正常（对照组）患者为研究对象，检测两组患者的血清血流变学（红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、血浆黏度）及血清 sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、IGF-1、PDGF 水平，并对两组的结果进行比较。结果两组患者骨折 1 周时的红细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度比较，差异无统计学意义（t=0.26、0.42，P＞0.05），红细胞刚性指数差异则无统计学意义（t=4.15， P=0.00）；两组患者骨折 6、12 周时的红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、血浆黏度比较，差异有统计学意义（t=15.39、53.83、10.85、25.56、7.82、19.68，P＜0.05）。两组患者骨折 1 周时的血清 sICAM-1、sVCAM-1 比较，差异无统计学意义（t=0.18、0.24，P＞0.05）；两组患者骨折 6、12 周的血清 sICAM-1、sVCAM-1 比较，差异有统计学意义（t=18.18、81.10、11.58、8.81，P =0.00）。两组患者骨折 1 周时的血清 IGF-1 和 PDGF 比较，差异无统计学意义（t=0.59、0.28，P＞0.05）；两组患者骨折 6、12 周的血清 IGF-1 和 PDGF 比较，差异有统计学意义（t=15.18、 13.49、31.95、31.14， P 均等于 0.00）。结论骨折患者血液粘滞程度的增加、血清 sICAM-1、sVCAM-1 水平的升高、血清 PDGF、IGF-1 水平的降低可能是其导致延迟愈合的内在重要因素，对骨折患者具有重要的临床意义。关键词骨折延迟愈合；血液流变学；可溶性血管细胞黏附分子 1；人可溶性细胞间黏附分子 1；人胰岛素生长因子 1；血小板衍生生长因子Clinical implication of hemrheological indexes and serum levels of sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, IGF-1, PDGF in patients withDelayed fracture healingAbstractObjective To examine the clinical significance of hemorheological indexes and serum levels of sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, IGF-1, PDGF in patients with delayed fracture healing.Methods A total of 65 cases with delayed fracture healing (research group) and 65 cases of fracture healing (control group) were collected from the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University treated from August 2010 to October 2010; the hemrheological indexes such as erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index, plasma viscosity change level and serum sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, IGF-1, PDGF in the two groups of patients were detected, and the test results of two groups were compared.Results Compared the red blood cell aggregation index , erythrocyte rigidity index ,plasma viscosity between the two groups of fracture patients in first week, there was no statistically significant difference (t=0.26、0.42，P 0.05)expect the erythrocyterigidity inde
