新型新烟碱类化合物的合成﹑生物活性分析及杀菌剂噁醚唑的合成工艺分析-synthesis and biological activity analysis of novel neonicotinoid compounds and synthesis process analysis of fungicide oxadiazole
analyzed preliminarily. The reaction mechanism and the better synthetic methods were discussed.The bioactivity results showed that some compounds showed certain insecticidal and fungicidal activity. At the same time, fungicide is the indispensably important part in the pesticide. Triazole fungicide is given more attention because its characteristics of high-efficient, low toxicity, wide table, security and environmental protection. Difenoconazole is a new triazole fungicide. It possesses good properties of high efficiency,low poison, better environment safety, quick in preliminary effect, long in effective persistency, high internal absorbability, and showing no mutual anti-effect. The synthesis routes of new triazole fungicide difenoconazole have been discussed and designed its industry product scheme. The factor that may affect each step is anatomized and each reaction conditions are optimized. Main intermediate and productions difenoconazole were confirmed by GC-MS, 1H NMR and IR. The technological process of industry production of difenoconazole was designed on the base of research on lab scale, and the analytical method of difenoconazole was established. It is proved that the new process we have improved having obvious economy benefit, society benefit and environment benefit is suitable for the synthesis of difenoconazole. The new process we have researched has several advantages: low cost, high purity and higher yield, manipulate easily, low energy sources, and its environment benefit is remarkable. As the protection of global environment in these days, it is a great attraction for enterprise of fungicide.
