AbstractInthispaper,akindofenvironmentalfriendlyinteriorwallcoatingispreparedbyreplacingpartoftitaniumdioxidewithdiatomite,whichisconsideredtobeanewpigmentandfiller.Itcanlowerthecostofproduction,andatthesametimeasfunctionalastheconventionalcoating.Mostimportantly,itcanefficientlyabsorbformaldehydereleasedbyinteriordecorationmaterialsandfurniture,thusimprovedtheindoorenvironment.Mainresearchcontentcontains:Firstly,modifiedthecoatedpropertyondiatomitesurfacebychemicalprocesswithsalinecouplingagentandsiliconemodifiedagent.Bycomparison,siliconemodifiedagentisbetterinmodifyingdiatomite,andbestdosageandtheoptimumtechnologywasconfirmed.ByusingX-raydiffractionanalysis,scanningelectronmicroscopyanalyzedtheactivatedsilicaperformancebeforeandaftermodification,theresultsshowedthataluminumcouplingagentcoatedonthesurfaceofthediatomitefumebychemisorbedimprovedthecompatibilityintheorganicsolvent.Secondly,usingmodifieddiatomiteasanewpigmentandfiller,combinedwithotherpigmentandfiller,studiedthecoatingformulaandconfirmedthepreparingprocess.Byorthogonalexperiment,confirmedthebestmatching(diatomite,coarsewhiting,kaolinandwollastonite)ofpigmentandfillertobe2:1.75:1:1.Bysinglefactorexperiment,bestPVCisconfirmedtobe55%.Thecoatingformulaisultimatelyformedaneco-friendlyinteriorpaintandregularperformancetestingwascarriedout.Itturnsoutthattheproductisuptonationalstandard.Formaldehydepurificationperformancetestshowedthatpurificationperformancefactoris82.6,andpersistencefactoris77.7,whichuptotheindustrialstandard.Andevenhigherthantheretailproduct.Also,thiscoatingishighlybrushresistant,andhasaverysmallvolumeofVOC,thusconsideredtobeanewtypeofeco-friendlyinteriorpaint.Finally,innerflowfieldnumericalsimulationwasmadebyusingFLUENTsoftwareon80mmstandardstirplateand100mmstandardstirplate.Theresultshowedthatinnerflowfielddistributionusing100mmstandardstirplateismorehomogeneousthanthatof80mm.Keywords:Surfacemodification;interiorpaint;Formulation;Fluidsimulation目录第一章绪论.....................................
