子转移与收集。从能谱表征的角度出发, 验证了本设想,并且初步应用在器 件当中,产生一定有益的结果,但在器件的进一 步制备中,由于有机盐材料选择不当,导致不与活性层材料互溶,实验结果并不理想,但为进一步的极性分子掺杂在电场作用下重新分布的表征给出一定的依据。关键词:共轭聚合物;太阳能电池;本体异质结;电场控制AbstractPolymer solar cells were firstly studied in 1970s. They have attracted much scientists attention recently because of their advantages of light-weight, soluble processing and large-scale and /flexibilityflexible fabrication. This thesis studied that some new conjugated polymers were used in polymer solar cells as donors. Then the effect of the doping materials in active layers by the electric controlling on the performance of solar cells was also researched. The main contents of this paper include:Polymer solar cells with six novel conjugated polymers as donors were studied. By measure of CV and UV-Vis spectrum, we analyzed their /optical_performanceoptical /optical_performanceperformances. SEM was employed to analysis their inter-solubility with acceptors. One of these materials has a band-gap of about 1.5eV, which is smaller than the other materials. It also has better absorption ability to solar light. After optimizing the film thickness, the solar cells based with these materials have the highest efficiency of 2.14% combining with larger open voltage. The performance is much better than that of the other materials as donors. As shown in SEM pictures, good mixture is formed between acceptor PCBM and the donor polymers.Polymer solar cells with optimized active layers of P3HT: PCBM were researched. The solar cells with active layers from slow grown /crystallizationcrystallization had the highest efficiency of 3.9%, short current density of 10.1mA/cm2 and about EQE of 60%. But for active layers from fast grown /crystallizationcrystallization had a lower efficiency of 2.7%, short current of 9.5mA/cm2 and about EQE of 45%. The Voc of these cells had a same level.
