试，很好地实现了实时语音双工通信，从而验证设计的可行性与正确性，实现了系统预期的目标。Mobius变换在通信系统领域的研究还很少，而实际的应用还处在起步阶段，本文是首次将Chen-Mobius变换应用于语音通信领域，它仅仅是对语音的一种调制加密，不影响现存的各种语音加密技术与算法，因此，具有巨大的研究价值与实际应用意义。它是Chen-Mobius变换在通信领域中应用的一次成功的探索与尝试，为Mobius变换在通信领域的应用迈出了坚实的一步。关键词：语音通信；Mobius变换；DSPBuilder；QuartusII；FPGAAbstractVoiceasacommonformofcommunicationisanimportantmeansforpeopletoobtaininformation.Asmodernsocietyisgraduallyincreasingdemandforvoicecommunication,thereliabilityandsecurityofvoicecommunicationhavebecomemoreandmoreimportant.Themainpurposeofthispaperistodesignandimplementanewtypeofvoicecommunicationsystem.Mobiusfunctionisoneofsimpleandmysteriousfunctionsinnumbertheory.SincetheNinetiesofthelastcentury,ProfessorChenNanxianwhoisaChinesewell-knownscholarandanacademicianoftheChineseAcademyofScienceshascreatedandpromotedtheapplicationofMobiusinversionformulatosolvetheinverseprobleminappliedphysicsandhehasachievedmanyimportantscientificachievements.ProfessorSuWuxunetalofHuaQiaoUniversityappliedthemethodofMobiusinversetransformtothecommunicationsystem.TheyusedtheChen-MobiustransformmethodtotheFourierseriesofseveralcommonlyuseddigitalsignalsandfoundtwofunctionfamilieswhicharedifferentfromorthogonaltrigonometricfunctionfamilyandnon-orthogonalinsideitselfbutmutuallyorthogonalwitheachother.ThentheyappliedthetwomutuallyorthogonalfunctionfamiliestocommunicationsystemandproposedanewconceptofChen-Mobiuscommunicationsystem.Duetotheirowncharacteristics,intheorythetwofunctionfamiliescanimprovesystemperformance.Sothisarticlewasbasedonthenewcommunicationsystemwhichhasabetteranti-noiseperformanceandsecurityadvantages,proposedanddesignedanewChen-Mobiusfull-duplexvoicecommunicationsystem.WestudiedtheperformanceofthenewsystembysystemsimulationandeventuallyimplementedthenewvoicecommunicationsystemonAlteraFPGAchips.Tothisend,thispaperhasmadethefollowingresearchanddevelopmentwork:DeeplystudiedtheMobiustransformationtheoryandtheappliedtheoryofMobiustransformationincommunicationsystem;carefullyanalyzedvariousaspectsofthesystem’skeyt
