Teaching content: 1, basketball 2, three long jump
Teaching target:
1. through the basketball dribbling and three jump skills teaching, infiltration of related sports knowledge, and understand the rules of the relevant project characteristics.
2., try to use the method of teaching, so that most students better grasp the use of dribbling, emergency stop fast start technology, and master the three long jump of the first and second jump technology, while improving the quality of sports.
3. cultivate students ability to practice independently and establish good teamwork spirit through group cooperation.
Teaching emphasis: the first jump takeoff and the first jump landing and take-off combined action.
Teaching difficulties: inadequate takeoff, the whole foot landing, the first jump landing site too far, active landing.
