Kindergarten education essay: a number of oil painting stick box

When painting, there are always children to complain. Teacher, theres one missing stick in our group. Teacher, we dont have red oil paintings.. The childrens oil paintings are really miserable: some are broken, some are scarce, others are not packed, and some are empty. Later, I deliberately observed children painting scene, found painting after the stick to the table a throw, ran to the construction area with the building blocks to see their seats; Allison have an oil painting stick is not picking up, Touyebuhui to run away; some children in all groups finished painting, oil painting stick but still quietly lying on the table; the ground is a red stick has been crushed...... Why did the children do not care the stick? I analyzed my kids use oil painting stick: there are 30 children in my class, every 3 children as a group shared a box of crayons, but every time they use the oil painting stick is not fixed in a box, which weakens the childs sense of responsibility, perhaps the problem lies here. So, I stick the box number in the new, let each child regular use of a box of crayons. I also let the same group of 3 children take turns as the duty leader, each painting time to prepare their group of oil stick, after painting, check whether the oil stick is missing, broken, and then put the oil stick back to the original place. A month passed, and I was surprised to find that every child was particularly dedicated to his group of oil painting sticks, and almost every box of oil paintings was complete.
