论中国海洋经济的可持续发展-页面没有找到 SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF MARINE ECONOMY IN CHINA WANG Chang2zheng , LIU Yi Institute of Geographical Sciences and Natural Resources Research , CAS , Beijing 100101 China Abstract :As a coastal country with the largest population , China is relative scarce in land2based resources , which makes the exploitation of marine resources more and more important in the sustainable development and prosperity of China. China has several advantages in developing marine economy : Firstly , its location is convenient for access to ocean and connection with the developed countries ; Secondly , China is affluent in fishery , energy , mining and other marine resources ; thirdly , there are many spots along the coast suiting to build large ports. Nevertheless , further development of Chinese marine economy is confined by several factors , including : the deterioration of ecology environment due to the inappropriate use of marine resources , the potential safety threat because of the dispute on the marine sovereignty and Taiwan issues , the frequent occurrence of destructive eco2disasters of costal area. In order to build our country a powerful marine economic nation , there are several suggestions provided in the end , which are : 1 Stipulating and implement sustainable development strategy ; 2 Enhancing the comprehensive management of coastal zone ; 3 Accelerating the implement pace of“promote marine economy by science and technology”plan ; 4 Adjustment and optimization the structure of marine economy , developing the primary industry steadily and accelerating the development of the secondary industry and the tertiary industry , speeding up the expand of burgeoning industries such as the exploitation of the offshore oil2gas , seashore tourism , marine pharmacy , the utilization of the oceanic energy etc. Key words :Ocean ; Resources ; Economy ; Sustainable development 收稿日期 :2002 - 09 - 19 ;修订日期 :2003 - 02 - 24 基金项目 :中国科学院知识创新重点项目“沿海地区人地关系演化机理与调控途径研究” 编号 : KZCX2
