盾构机关键性技术研究刀盘系统设计-硕士论文 Research on key technology of shield machine cutter system design Specialty:Mechanical Design and Theory Postgraduate:Zhang Xizhong Instructor: Prof.Zhang XiaozhongAbstract Along with the railway and the subway to build in our country.shield machine had been an indispensable instrument in Tunneling process.Currently,research about the shield machine is lagging behind relatively in our country.As a a critical component of the shield machine,the digding performance of cutter head influrces directly digding efficiency and the longevity of the cutter head.During the digging process,the unbalanced force created by the cutter head is a key factor to the digging performance of shield machine.The unbalanced force is synthetically created by kinds of cutters ,therefore,the rationality of the cutter layout is an important embodiment of the cutter head digging performance.In the ideal cutter layout,the radial force and overturning moment should be zero is the principle of the whole process .which can ensure great digging performance and life spanThe thesis,mainly ,analyses the integral structure and digging performance of the cutter head .also,carried out a dynamic simulation to cutter head by example modeling.In this paper , the variety, operating principle and stress condition are all analysed. It introduced the rock-breaking mechanism and stress predicting formula of the hob cutter.It created force equilibrium equations of the cutter head ,and introduced the laying out of the cutter head based on that equations .It calculates the force of all kinds of cutters ,analyses the cutter head strength ,he rationality of the cutter layout and influence created by positional error from the cutter to digging performance of the shield machine.In addition, it causes difficulty to manufacture due to too big size of the main rolling bearing. for that reason it analyses the main rolling bearing ,modified its size.and it analyses the contac
