中国劳动关系学院毕业论文 第 1 页 城市社区合作治理效果影响因素研究 ——以北京市房山区燕山石化社区为例 摘 要 合作治理已经逐渐成为我国城市社区提供公共服务的重要形式，如何时期取得理想的治 理效果成为公共管理领域亟待解决的问题。本文在国内外关于城市社区合作治理及合作 效果相关研究的基础上，对我国城市社区合作治理多主体合作效果影响因素进行理论梳 理和相关假设，运用问卷调查、深度访谈、比较研究等方法，验证合作主体、合作关系 和合作环境因素对治理效果的影响。研究发现，合作主体的合作态度、合作能力和资源 的投入对合作治理效果都会产生显著影响；参与合作的主体之间信任程度越好，效果也 越好；另外，环境因素中的上级支持和公众参与状况也会对治理效果产生积极的促进作 用。 关键词 社区治理，合作治理，多主体合作，合作效果 中国劳动关系学院毕业论文 第 2 页 The research to the influential factors of urban community cooperation governance effect Abstract The cooperation governance has gradually become the important form of the urban community public service, how to obtain ideal governance effect during the period of becoming an urgent problem in the field of public administration.
