我国私营企业劳资关系管理研究论文
矛盾极度激化到如今的平等协商,对我国私营企业的劳资关系管理具有极强的
借鉴意义。
针对现阶段我国私营企业中出现的多元矛盾,在吸取西方国家经验的基础
上,文章提出了在构建和谐劳资关系的过程中,企业应当改变用人观念,进行
内部规范化管理,实现与工人的互利合作;劳动者则需要提高自身素质,与用
人单位签订劳动合同,积极加入工会组织,获取与资方平等对话的权利;政府
部门作为执法监督者,应致力于建设规范的劳动力市场,完善和监督劳动法律
法规的履行,以推进三方协调机制的运行,最终建立规范有序、公正合理、互
利共赢、和谐稳定的社会主义新型劳资关系。

ABSTRACT
The harmonious society is based on the harmonious relation between
labor and capital. To construct the harmonious labor-capital relation is the
important subject that the academe and entrepreneurs must face. Labor
and capital, workers and employers are the most important production
elements and actors in the market economy. Engels pointed out: The
relationship between capital and labor is the rotation axis which our
modern society system all around. Currently, our private enterprises have
become an important component of the socialist market economy. With
rapid development, it also has many labor disputes and conflicts, which
shows on that the relative scarcity of capital, the buyer monopoly in labor
market, the overall low quality of laborers as well as market dysplasia, all
of these caused laborers status asymmetry in the private sector,
employee stay in a disadvantageous position. For example, many private
enterprises arrears migrant workers’wages and the “black brick incident
happened in Shanxi. This has seriously affected the labor supply (such as
the shortage of migrant workers) and the enthusiasm of workers, thus
affecting the efficiency of our enterprises and the improvement of our
economic and social sustainable development. Because of this, this paper
attempts to make a study on how to construct harmonious labor-capital
relations of private enterprises in China.
