Many of Chinas construction enterprises are not aware of the importance of the labor cost,they still regard cheap labor force as their main advantage.However,with the development of the economy and the improvement of social welfare system, labor cost rises constantly, this advantage will gradually lose, competition strategy building on cheap labor force is becoming impossible to go on for much longer.
