Then the paper expounds that it is significant to develop Configuration Software in China.1n the main part of this paper，the paper díscusses one important partof Configuration Software-Command Language System. The paper analyzes the needs of system firstly. Then，on the base of the results of the system analyzing，the paper provides a new way of the developing of CommandLanguage System- Object-Oriented Way and describes the system by UML. Furthermore，the paper designs the structure and the arithmetic of interpreter. 1n order to realize the connecting with other parts，the paper designs the interfaces of system，including the interface to EditSystem，the interface to Run System，the interface to Real-Time Databaseand the interface to Graph System.At last，the system is realized successfully.
