摘 要随着世界各国经济的迅猛发展，企业为了保持自身的竞争优势、获得互补资 源以及更多的信息资源，为了适应新的生产制造模式而与自己有共同利益的企业、 机构等联合起来形成一种新的组织模式。技术创新战略联盟成为企业网络优化， 提高创新效率，扩大市场规模、更有力地参与国际竞争的重要方式，也是国家、 区域和产业响应知识经济时代的竞争与挑战，提高自主创新能力的有效途径。核 心企业的这种影响能力带动和引导整个战略联盟达到共同的战略目标，本文称之 为核心企业的领导力。本文在梳理国内外相关理论文献的基础上对技术创新战略联盟以及核心企业 领导力的定义进行界定。在界定相关概念后，分析了核心企业领导力对联盟网络 关系和联盟知识共享两个方面的影响作用，认为其可以促进网络关系协调和知识 共享程度，在此基础上进一步探讨其对整个技术创新战略联盟绩效的影响，关于 联盟绩效从两个方面来考察，即关系绩效和创新绩效。在理论综述的基础上建立 了相关概念模型与理论假设，通过参与西安市科技局高新技术企业调研，收集相 关数据，我们利用 SPSS 进行相关性分析，利用 AMOS 进行模型拟合度分析，发 现假设理论模型与观察数据的适配度不佳，并且还存在明显不成立的假设，为了 更好的完善本研究，我们对原始模型进行了修正，去掉不成立的假设，修正后的 结构模型路径图拟合度较好，也进一步证实了我们的假设。关键词: 核心企业领导力 网络协调 知识共享 关系绩效 创新绩效ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of economy of countries all over the world, in order to keep their competitive advantage, and get more information and resources complementary resources, in order to adapt to the new manufacturing mode, enterprises combined with other enterprise institution, which have the common interest, to form a new organization model. Technology innovation strategy alliance becomes important for enterprise networks optimization, improvement of the efficiency of innovation, and expand the market scale and participate in the international competition more effectively, it is also an effective way for the national, regional and industry response competition and challenge in the era of knowledge economy, and improve the ability of independent innovation. The influence of the core enterprise will drive and guide the strategic alliance to achieve common strategic target, we named the core enterprises leadership.This paper defined the technology innovation coalition and leadership of core enterprise based on the relevant papers of both home and abroad.
