DesignandRealizationofEquivalentEquipmentforExternalSystemofIntegratedMulti-busTechnologyAbstractTelemetrysystemisanimportantcomponentofvarioustelemetrymissilesandlaunchvehicle,andisamainwayofgainingthecredibleandcomprehensiveflightinformation.Simulatingallcontrolandmeasurementparameterswillbeneededintheresearchandtestoftelemetrymissilesandlaunchvehicle,whichisveryimportantforimprovingthedevelopmentefficiencyoftheentireprojectofthesystemandensuringthereliabilityofeachsubsystemperformance.ThepaperaimstostudyandachievethegenericequivalenttestbedwhichusedtoproduceananaloganddigitalsignalwhichhasvariouskindsofformatparametersandtorealizetheReal-timemonitoringofmulti-channeldatatransmissionmodule.ThisarticlehasmadeafurtherresearcharoundthevarioustypesofanaloganddigitalsignalsofthemeasurementsystemsandtheReal-timemonitoringofthemulti-channeldata,whichisinthesupportofthe“atelemetrysystemofmeasurementsystem”program.Ithasstudiedthemechanismofmulti-channelanaloganddigitalsignalsofdifferentformats,real-timealgorithmofnetworkdatatransmissionontheCANbusandtheschedulingalgorithmofmulti-channeldataandtheimplementationofthework,whichareaccordingtothevarioustypesofformatsparameterssignalandthereal-timedetectionofalargeamountofdata.Basedoncurrentdomesticandforeignresearchanddevelopmenttrendoftestsystem,withthepracticaluseandworkrequirement,adesignproposaloftheequivalenttestplatformisputforward.Weusethethoughtofmodulardesign.Theyareanalogmodules,switchmodules,digitalmodulesandthemasterofreal-timedetectionmodule.Theanalogmoduleisusedtoproduce26-channelanalogDCsignal,sinusoidalACsignalof3-wayand4-wayplatformtorquecurrentsignal；Theswitchmoduleproducesa21roadinstructionsignal;ThedigitalmoduleproducesRS422asynchronousserialcommunicationdataof3-wayspecificframestructure.TheMasterreal-timemonitoringmoduleisresponsibleforreadingmultipleRS422asynchronousserialcommunicationdataandthereal-timemonitoringofCANbusnetwork.Theentireequivalentisworkingorderlyunderthecontroloftheharmonizationofthehostc
