达维度相关系数最大为r=0.579,情绪觉察维度相关系数最大r=0.230。结论急诊科护士情绪管理处于中等以上水平,建议应将情绪管理引入护理管理领域,本着以人为本的管理理念做好情绪管理,进一步提高临床护理的服务与质量。硕士研究生:付伟指导老师:温肇霞副教授陆连芳副主任护师关键词:急诊科;护士;情绪管理;临床沟通能力;影响因素AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatethestatusofemotionmanagementabilityandcliniccommunicationcompetencyinemergencynursesandtoanalyzethefactorsofemotionmanagement.Tofurtherexplorethecorrelationbetweencliniccommunicationcompetencyandemotionmanagementinemergencynurses.MethodsWiththeconveniencesamplingmethod,182emergencynursesweresurveyedfromgradeⅢandfirst-classhospitalsinQingdaoCityfromOctobertoNovember2013.Thesurveytoolsincludingthegeneralquestionnaireofnursesofemergencydepartmentandquestionnaireofemotionmanagementofnursesandtheclinicalnursecommunicationcompetency.DatawereanalyzedbySPSS17.0,statisticalmethodsincludingdescriptiveanalysis,ANOVAanalysis,SpearmanCorrelationanalysis,Multiplestepwiseregressionanalysis.Results1Emotionmanagementabilitystatusofemergencynurses200questionnairesweredistributed182werevalidquestionnairesandtheeffectiveratewas91%.Theoverallscoresofemotionmanagementabilityinemergencydepartmentnursesisabovethemiddlelevel.Theoverallscoreofemotionmanagementabilityofnursesinemergencydepartmentwas(49.59±4.83),thedimensionscoresfromhightolowwereemotionaladjustment(14.20±1.93),emotionalawareness(14.03±1.52),emotionalusing(13.83±1.82),andemotionalexpression(7.52±1.23).CliniccommunicationcompetencystatusofemergencynursesTheoverallscoresofcliniccommunicationcompetencyinemergencydepartmentnursesisinthemiddlelevel.Theoverallscorewas(212.40±28.14),thedimensionscoresfromhightolowwerecommunicationcompetencyindifficultclinicScene(72.93±10.23),theteamcommunicationcompetency(22.65±3.35),basiclanguagecommunicationcompetency(40.40±5.81),basicnon-languagecommunicationcompetency(25.60±3.84),emotionalsupportcompetency(21.65±3.52),emotionalperceptioncompetency(29.16±4.81),respectively.InfluencingfactoranalysisofmentalhealthofemotionmanagementfornursesinemergencydepartmentANOVAanalysisshowthatdifferentsex,agegroups,educa
