AbstractRecently,multilevelinverterhasbeenrapiddevelopedbecauseofreducingtheharmonicandimprovingthecharacteristicsofvoltageandpowerlevel.Amongthem,thecascademultilevelstructuresaremostwidelyused.Inthisdissertation,multi-levelcascadedphotovoltaicgridinvertersaredeeplyresearched.Firstly,thisthesisdescribesthecascadedH-bridgetopology,analyzetheharmonicdistortionofmultilevelstructure,andcomparetheoutputvoltageharmonicdistortionofdifferentvoltagelevel,describetheinfluencingfactorsofvoltageharmonicdistortion.Secondly,introducecarrierphaseshiftPWMmodulationmethod.Basedoncascadedmultilevelinvertercharacteristics,thisthesisusesanimproveddual-loopcontrol,theinnercurrent,outervoltagecontrolloopcombinedwithMPPTtrackingcontrolmethod.Implementgridconnected,dynamicperformanceandsteady-stateperformanceisgood.FortheDC-linkvoltagedriftproblemonmodulationstage,usingthevoltagefeed-forwardsystemtochangethevoltagereferencevalue,toensuretheoutputvoltageoftheDC-link.Basedoncascadedmultilevelinverter,therearetwomethodsoftheMPPTcontrol,namelyindependentMPPTcontrolofmultiplephotovoltaicarraysandmulti-channelphotovoltaicarraysshareoneMPPTcontrolmethod.Simulationanalysisandexperimentalverificationarepresented.Comparetheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofbothmethods,analyzethedifferenceofthetwomethods,carryonquantitativeanalysisandobtainthemaximumpowerpointtrackingefficiencyoftwocontrolmethods.Finally,aimatthecascadedmultilevelthree-phasegrid-connectedinverter,analyzetheexistingpowerallocationmethods.Basedonthismethod,putforwardanewpowerre-allocationstrategy,byinjectingzerosequenceintotheoutputreferencevector,sothatthethree-phaseinverteroutputphasevoltagesareasymmetrical,toensurethethree-phaseinverteroutputlinevoltagessymmetrical,andtheoutputcurrentsareasymmetrical,meetthegrid-connectedcurrentrequirements.Simulationandexperimentalresultsverifythecorrectnessofthetheory.Keywords:cascadedmultilevel，photovoltaicgrid-connected，independentmaximumpowerpointtracking，powerallocation目录摘要.........................
