中文摘要目的：以积雪草Centella asiatica (L.)Urban为研究对象，通过抗老年性痴呆活性筛选确定其主要有效部位，并对其有效部位化学成分进行研究，为揭示积雪草抗老年性痴呆作用的药效物质基础和开发利用提供科学依据。方法：积雪草药材用乙醇浸渍提取，提取物经系统溶剂分离法分得石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位和水部位；采用硅胶色谱、大孔吸附树脂色谱、羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶色谱、重结晶法等现代分离方法对其抗老年痴呆有效部位化学成分进行分离和纯化，对分得的单体化合物利用理化检验及1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果：从积雪草中分离得到16个化合物，鉴定了其中13个化合物的结构，分别为正二十七烷（heptacosane, 1）、2,4,6-三叔丁基苯酚（2,4,6-tri-tert-butylphenol, 2）、β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol, 3）、月桂酸（dodecanoic acid, 4）、山奈酚（kaempferol, 6）、对羟基苯甲酸（4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 7）、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 8）、积雪草酸 (asiatic acid, 9)、羟基积雪草酸(madecassic acid, 10)、terminolic acid（11）、积雪草苷A(asiaticoside A, 12)、万寿菊素(patuletin, 14)、槲皮素（quercetin, 15）。结论：从积雪草抗老年性痴呆有效部位中分离得到16个单体化合物,已鉴定了13个化合物。其中化合物2、4均为首次从该植物中分离得到。关键词：积雪草；有效部位；抗老年性痴呆作用；三萜类；黄酮类Research on chemical composition of effective fraction ofCentella asiatica for Anti-Alzheimer ABSTRACTObject: Centella asiatica (L.)Urban was selected as the object of research.The effective fraction was determined by anti-Alzheimer`s activity screening.Study on the chemical constituents of its Anti-Alzheimer effective fraction, in order to reveal therapeutic basis of Anti-Alzheimer effect of Centella asiatica (L.)Urban, and supply scientific proof for the development and use of Anti-Alzheimer effect of Centella asiatica (L.)Urban.Method: Alcoholic extract obtained from the dried herb of Centella asiatica (L.)Urban was divided into four portions with the solvent of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-Butyl alcohol and water. Its Anti-Alzheimer effective fraction was seperated and purified by silica gel absorption chromatography, macro porous adsorption resin method, sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography, re-crystallization method and other current separation methods technology. The monomeric compounds were identified by physicochemical propertiesand spectrum analysis (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, MS, et al).Result: 16 compounds were isolated from Centella asiatica (L.)Urban. 13 of them were identified as: heptacosane（1
