Abstract【Objective】ThispaperaimstoexplorethetherapeuticmechanismofHpassociatedgastritisbyHaoqinQingdandecoctiononexpressionofNF-κBP65、IL-8inBalb/cmicegastritismodecausedbyH.pyloriinfection.【Method】Hpstandardstrains(SS1)brinellbrothliquidwasusedtoestablishtheresearchmodel,andthemodelmicewererandomlydividedintofourgroups(modelgroup,livzonweisanliangroup,HaoqinQindandecoctionhigh-dosegroup,middledosegroup)with10ineachoneafterthecompletionofestablishingtheresearchmodel.Aftertheendofexperiment,allmicewerekilled,andthepathologicalhistologychangeofeachgroupwasobservedbythemicroscope,andenzyme-linkedimmunoassayandimmunohistochemicalmethodwereappliedrespectivelytodetectexpressionofIL-8inserum,IL-8andNF-κBP65ingastricmucosatissueofmiceineachgroup.【Results】SerumIL-8:eachtreatedgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthemodelgrouponIL-8expressioninmiceserum(P0.05),amongwhich,HaoqinQingdandecoctionmiddledosegroupandlivzonweisanliangroupappearthebesttherapeuticeffect（P0.05）.MiddledosegroupandhighdosegroupwithHaoqinQingdandecoctionweresignificantlydifferent(P0.05)inexpressionofserumIL-8.MicegastricmucosalIL-8:eachtreatedgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthemodelgrouponIL-8expressioninmicegastricmucosal(P0.05),amongthem,livzonweisanliangroupwassignificantdifferent(P0.05)fromhighandmiddledosegroupwithHaoqinQingdandecoction.3.MicegastricmucosalNF-κBP65：eachtreatedgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthemodelgrouponNF-κBP65expressioninmicegastricmucosal(P0.05),amongthem,livzonweisanliangroupwassignificantdifferent(P0.05)fromhighandmiddledosegroupwithHaoqinQingdandecoction.4Micegastrichistopathology:Comparedwithmodelgroup,alltreatmentgroupsweresignificantonreductionofgastricmucosalinflammationareaandaverageblacklevel(P0.05).Onthereductionoftheinflammationareasofgastricmucosa,highdosegroupwithHaoqinQingdandecoctionandthelivzonweisanliangroupappearsimilareffect（P0.05）,whilehighdosegroupandmiddledosegroupwithHaoqinQingdandecoctionweresignificantdifferent(P0.05).【Conclusion】HaoqinQingdandecoctioncansignific
