探头频率对胎儿肠管超声表现的影响 【关键词】 探头 【摘要】 目的 研究超声探头的频率对胎儿肠管超声表现的影响。方法 100个单胎孕妇，在同一所医院里接受常规超声检查，分别使5MHz和8MHz的探头。图像由2个超声医学家分别读片。探头频率和患者资料都做双盲处理。读片人把毗邻的骨头作为是否是强回声肠管的参照。结果 对于8MHz探头的图像，读片人一致认为是强回声肠管的有31例（31%），至少有一人认为是强回声肠管的有62例（62%）。结论 使用8MHz的探头时，肠管回声增强是常见现象，出现这些强回声肠管，并不代表有畸形，不需要做进一步检查。 关键词 肠管 胎儿 强回声 探头 频率 How ultrasound transducer frequency affects the appearance of the fetal bowel Sun Youping，Song Wei，Nan Xiaoyan，et al. Division of Ultrasound，Inner Mongolia Hospital，Hohehot010017. 【Abstract】 Objective We evaluated how ultrasound transducer frequency affected the appearance of the fetal bowel.Methods One hundred women with singleton pregnancies，who were underlying routine ultrasonographic examinaˉtion，were assessed at a single institution.Images of the fetal abdomen were obtained in all patients using a single multi-Hertz transducer，with transducer frequencies set at5MHz and8MHz.Images were read separately by two radiologists，blinded to patient name and transducer frequency.Observers rated the presence of absence of echogenic bowel，defined as bowel with echogenicity greater than or equal to that of adjacent bone.Results Using the8MHz frequency，the radioloˉgists interpreted31%of the cases as having echogenic bowel，whereas using the5MHz frequency，the radiologists interˉpreted only3%of the cases as having echogenic bowel（P0.0001）.Conclusion We concluded that echogenic fetal bowel is a very common observation when imaging is performed with an8MHz transducer，and thus echogenic bowel diagˉnosed with an8MHz transducer is unlikely to reflect underlying abnormality.Ident ification of echogenic bowel with an8MHz transducer should not prompt further testing.
