沈阳市第二实验中学教学楼设计 The Design of No.2 Experimental School Building In Shenyang 学 院：建筑工程学院 专 业 班 级：土木0703班 学 号： 070801087 学 生 姓 名： 王志伟 指 导 教 师：赵云（讲师） 2011年 6 月 摘 要 对于一般多层公共建筑，根据使用和工艺要求、材料供应情况和施工技术条件，常选用的结构形式有混合结构、钢筋混凝土框架结构和框架剪力墙结构等结构体系。但由于混合结构整体性差，难于满足大空间的使用要求，而框架剪力墙结构多用于10—25层的高层建筑。而框架结构强度高、结构自重轻，可以承受较大楼面荷载，在水平作用下具有较大的延性。此外框架结构平面布置灵活，能设置大空间，易于满足建筑功能要求。故本教学楼选用了框架结构。 设计包括三种方案，以第一方案为主，采用了H形造型方案，合理地采用了框架结构，简洁、经济，最大的优点在于施工方便。 在建筑设计中，结合该建筑的设计思想，并查阅了大量的相关资料，利用AutoCAD软件绘制了建筑设计图。在结构计算过程中，主要手算具有代表性的一榀框架，包括荷载计算，内力计算，配筋计算，基础计算几个重要方面。 本文设计顺序为建筑设计、结构设计、结构手算和电算。建筑设计顺序为主建筑总平面图、底层平面图，标准层平面图、建筑立面图和剖面图设计；结构设计和结构计算中包括了梁、柱和基础等结构构件的材料和尺寸设计，以及对这些构件的配筋计算。最后通过电算检验计算是否正确。 关键词： 教学楼；框架结构；AutoCAD；广厦CAD Abstract For the general public multi-storey building, according to use and process requirements, material availability and construction and technical conditions, are often used in the structure of the form of hybrid structure, reinforced concrete frame structure and frame-shear wall structure architecture.
